Rethinking Food with Urban Agriculture

To speak about Urban Farming under the speculation that its ultimate aim is about feeding our population is missing the point – during these moments of logistics disruptions, isolations, and the perpetual enquires on what constitutes “the better life”, we investigate on how can Urban Farming can become a catalyst for us to understand Hong Kong’s food security, the potential adaptation of F&B design, to the broad benefits of urban farming, all relating to the idea of “Food is work, it’s not just merely consumption”.
